SCC Air

What is SCC Air?

SCC Air is a reusable vehicle fragrance system made with an aromatic cedar diffuser and pure essential oils. Instead of replacing a disposable air freshener, you can refresh the cedar with additional oil as needed.

What comes with an SCC Air Starter Kit?

Each Starter Kit includes:

• One aromatic cedar diffuser
• One 15 mL essential oil bottle
• One selected mounting accessory

Available mounting options may include a visor clip, vent clip, or rearview-mirror string mount.

Only the rearview-mirror version includes a hole and string. Visor and vent versions mount using their selected clip.

What comes with the SCC Air Discovery Kit?

The Discovery Kit includes:

• One aromatic cedar diffuser
• One selected mounting accessory
• One 15 mL bottle of each SCC Air scent

The Discovery Kit is designed for customers who want to experience the full SCC Air scent collection.

What scents are available?

The SCC Air collection includes:

Canopy
A clean, outdoors-inspired pine needle scent.

Dusk
A warm and grounding frankincense scent.

Ember
A bold, warm cinnamon scent.

Fjord
A crisp and refreshing eucalyptus scent.

Because SCC Air uses essential oils, scent character and intensity may differ from synthetic automotive fragrances.

How do I use the cedar diffuser?

Remove the cedar diffuser from your vehicle before applying oil.

Place the diffuser on a protected, oil-resistant surface. Apply a small amount of oil directly to the cedar and allow it to absorb completely before reinstalling it in your vehicle.

Start with a few drops. Additional oil can be added until the desired scent strength is reached.

Do not apply oil while the diffuser is mounted inside the vehicle.

How much oil should I apply?

Start with approximately 3–5 drops and allow the oil to absorb.

The ideal amount depends on the scent, vehicle size, temperature, airflow, and personal preference. It is easier to add more oil later than to reduce an overly strong application.

How long does the scent last?

Scent duration varies based on:

• The amount of oil applied
• The selected scent
• Vehicle temperature
• Sun exposure
• Airflow
• How frequently the vehicle is used

Reapply a few drops whenever the scent begins to fade.

Can I switch scents?

Yes, but cedar naturally absorbs oil. A previous scent may remain noticeable when a new scent is applied.

For the cleanest scent experience, we recommend using a separate cedar diffuser for each scent or allowing the previous scent to fade before switching.

Where should I mount the diffuser?

Choose the mounting option that best fits your vehicle and preferences.

Visor Mount
Attaches to a compatible sun visor.

Vent Mount
Attaches to a compatible dashboard air vent. Airflow may increase scent strength.

Rearview-Mirror Mount
Hangs from the rearview mirror using the included string.

Always confirm that the diffuser does not block your view, interfere with vehicle controls, obstruct airbags, or create a driving distraction.

Will the mounts fit every vehicle?

No mount can be guaranteed to fit every vehicle.

Vent shapes, visor thicknesses, mirror configurations, and interior layouts vary between vehicles. Review the product photos, measurements, and compatibility information before ordering.

Are SCC Air oils safe around children and pets?

Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be handled carefully.

Keep bottles and freshly oiled diffusers away from children and pets. Do not allow the oils to be swallowed or applied directly to skin, fabric, dashboards, leather, plastic, painted surfaces, or other vehicle materials.

Some animals may be more sensitive to certain essential oils. Consult a veterinarian before use if you have concerns about a pet’s health or sensitivity.

Use only as directed and discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

Can the oil damage my vehicle?

Undiluted essential oils may stain or damage certain materials.

Always remove the diffuser before applying oil. Allow the oil to absorb fully and wipe away any excess before reinstalling it.

Do not allow oil to contact dashboards, screens, upholstery, leather, plastic, painted surfaces, clothing, or other vehicle materials.

Can I place the oil directly into my vehicle’s vents?

No. SCC Air oils should only be applied to the cedar diffuser as directed.

Do not pour or drip oil into vents, cup holders, consoles, carpet, upholstery, or other vehicle surfaces.

SCC Storage

Will SCC Storage products fit my vehicle?

SCC Storage products are designed to work with a range of vehicle interiors, but fit may vary by year, make, model, trim, and interior configuration.

Review all product measurements before ordering and compare them with the space available inside your vehicle.

How should I measure for the adjustable console organizer?

Measure the usable interior dimensions of your center console, including:

• Interior length
• Interior width
• Interior depth
• Any slopes, hinges, trays, rails, or obstructions

Measurements should be taken from the narrowest usable points. Do not rely only on exterior console dimensions.

Can I return an organizer if it does not fit?

Eligible unused products may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product measurements and vehicle compatibility before purchasing. Products that show significant use, damage, modification, or improper installation may not qualify for return.

Why does my storage product have visible print lines?

Some SCC Storage products are manufactured using additive manufacturing, also known as 3D printing.

Minor layer lines, seams, or surface variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily affect product performance.

Can I modify or cut an SCC Storage product?

We do not recommend drilling, cutting, heating, bending, or otherwise modifying the product.

Modifications may weaken the product, affect fit, create sharp edges, or make the item ineligible for return.

How much weight can the headrest rack hold?

Follow the weight limit listed on the product page.

Weight should be distributed evenly across the rack and hooks. Do not use the rack for unusually heavy, hazardous, sharp, or unsecured objects.

Confirm that the rack is properly installed before each use.

Orders and Shipping

Where does Shop CabCaddy ship?

Available shipping destinations and rates are displayed during checkout.

Shipping availability may vary by product and destination.

How long does shipping take?

Processing and delivery times vary by product, inventory status, destination, and shipping method.

Estimated delivery information will be shown during checkout when available. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

How can I track my order?

When tracking becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We will make a reasonable effort to update or cancel an order before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Do not discard the product or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Can essential oils be returned?

Due to the nature of essential oils, opened or used oil bottles may not be eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Can a used cedar diffuser be returned?

A cedar diffuser that has been used or had essential oil applied to it may not be eligible for return unless it arrived damaged or defective.
